• Are you accredited by CARF or the Joint Commission?
• Which levels of care do you provide directly, on site?
• What will this cost, and what does my insurance actually cover?
• Are you paying a third party for this referral?
Be cautious of any provider offering free travel, paying you to enrol, or guaranteeing recovery. Those are recognised markers of patient brokering.
